Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant with proven experience supporting HR functions and administrative tasks. Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Skilled in maintaining confidentiality, managing multiple priorities, and fostering positive relationships with employees at all levels and seeking to leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Essential Functions:
1. Oversee onboarding tasks, including setting up new employees in the system.
2. Assist with benefit enrollments and answer questions regarding employee benefits.
3. Aid in providing educational and training programs and communication to employees.
4. Assists with safety-related functions.
5. Manage and coordinate regulatory compliance.
6. Support accounting operations, including assisting with billing processes, license renewals, and sales and use tax filings, etc.
7. Handle accounting tasks such as entering insurance-related invoices and preparing documents for monthly meetings.
8. Assists with providing IT support, including managing mobile phone programs, and purchasing hardware.
9. Complete administrative duties as assigned.
10. Demonstrates the company’s core values of respect, diligence, humility, and a sense of urgency.
